Luna Blaise (born April 14, 1977) is an American Actress. She is well-known for her roles in the series Fresh Off the Boat. Acting was her lifelong passion. She started her acting career as a model, and playing minor roles. Then, offers were made to her for regular roles in TV shows. She has also appeared in music videos of various kinds. Her performances have been recognized with the Young Artist Award in the Recurring Young Actress' (14 - 21) category. A few of the projects she worked on include the feature-length film Vicious Circleas well as the Art Film Memoriaas well as the telecast program Fresh Off the Boat' and music videos for the songs Sweatshirtand Sweatshirt. Gifford authored several NY Times bestselling books including Just when I thought I'd Dropped My Final Egg I Can't Believe I've Said That To The Rock The Road and the Rabbi and the popular children's book Party Animals. The author recently recorded and co-wrote He Saw Jesus Jesus is His Name, and Love Me To the End. The singer also announced GIFFT an exclusive line of wines with the Scheid Family Vineyards in Monterey CA. Her most recent directorial venture was the film short The God Who Sees, starring Nicole C. Mullen. They co-wrote all the music to the film. Gifford has supported numerous organizations which aid children, including Childhelp and the Association to Benefit Children and Cassidy's Place. Two houses that were named after the two kids she raised were Cassidy's Place & Cody House. A devoted humanitarian she received an honorary degree at Marymount University for her humanitarian activities in labor relations.
